Having troubles with your 8 Day Challenge? Tossing and turning at night? Have a headache? Can’t poop? Your weight loss has stalled? Feeling nauseous?
It’s okay. Detox symptoms can be awful. But we are here to help you troubleshoot!
First of all, don’t forget that you can text Xander (He comes free for the first month with Ultimate Transformation Kits and Ignites) with questions. He’s interactive and helpful! It’s also recommended to check in with your coach in your Success Chat. Finally, you should be in a product support page on Facebook; you are welcome to put up posts there or use the magnifying glass to search for the issues you’re facing.
Here are some common things you may be experiencing as well:
Try taking fewer Xyng. It’s only recommended to take one a day when you are first getting started, anyway. Take your Xyng early in the day if you are not sleeping well at night. Also, make sure you take Accelerate just after lunch and not later in the afternoon. It has a tiny bit of caffeine from kola nut that give you some delightful energy in the afternoon.
Not losing much on your Challenge.
It’s okay to weigh yourself the morning of Day 2 or Day 3. But after that, remember not to weigh until the morning of Day 9. Your weight will fluctuate during the Challenge. Just stick with it! The plan works; work the plan! Checking during the week will just play with your head and could tempt you to give up.
Are you drinking a gallon of water a day? Measuring your protein? Avoiding fruit and dairy? Using Trimstix after lunch?
As long as you are making sure to stick with the plan exactly as it is written, you will lose! With further questions, ask your coach in your Success Chat!
This might be detox; feeling icky in the tummy is a common sign of the rebooting process. Your sour stomach might also be from too many supplements at once. Make sure you take just one Xyng and one Accelerate. You can also try eating little bit of protein with your pills or taking Axion at bedtime instead of in the morning. But again, if your nausea is just the first few days of your 8 Day Challenge, it could be detox. Hang in there!

The most common cause of headache is detox. If you drank caffeine before your Challenge and aren’t now, you are likely having withdrawals. Sugar and carb detox often leads to headache. Make sure you are only taking 1 Xyng and 1 Shine as well; too much of either of those can lead to headaches. Xypstix and Spryng will alleviate your pounding head. Make sure you get all our water in each day!
Are you having a strange side effect or feel as if you’re reacting to something? Figuring that out is easy! Just stop taking all the products. Then, add them back in daily, one by one. As soon as you react again, that’s the product you want to cut out!
