Troubleshooting

Having troubles with your Jumpstart? Tossing and turning at night? Have a headache? Can’t poop? Your weight loss has stalled? Feeling nauseous?

It’s okay. Detox symptoms can be awful. But we are here to help you troubleshoot!

It’s recommended to check in with your coach in your Success Chat. You should also be in a product support page on Facebook; you are welcome to put up posts there or use the magnifying glass to search for the issues you’re facing.

Here are some common things you may be experiencing as well:

Can’t sleep.

Try taking fewer Xyng. It’s only recommended to take one a day when you are first getting started, anyway. Take your Xyng early in the day if you are not sleeping well at night. Also, make sure you aren’t having too many Trimstix late in the afternoon. Those also have a tiny bit of natural caffeine that give you some delightful energy in the afternoon.

Not losing much on your Jumpstart.

It’s okay to weigh yourself the morning of Day 2 or Day 3. But after that, remember not to weigh until the morning of Day 9. Your weight will fluctuate during the Jumpstart. Just stick with it! The plan works; work the plan! Checking during the week will just play with your head and could tempt you to give up.

Are you drinking a gallon of water a day? Measuring your protein? Avoiding fruit, sugar, bread and alcohol? Using Trimstix after lunch?

If you’re enjoying almond milk in your shakes and Greek yogurt as a snack, please send a photo of the types you are using to your coach in your Success Chat so she can make sure you’re using the correct ones.

As long as you are making sure to stick with the plan exactly as it is written, you will lose! Hang in there!

Hungry.

If you are feeling too hungry, make sure you are getting in a full gallon of water per day! Cheat will also help with hunger. Also, if you don’t have Resist yet, grab them!! They are sweet, cherry flavored chews that you can enjoy before or between meals to help you with cravings and hunger!!

Also, weighing your protein and making sure you are getting your full 4 or 6 ounces (Cooked weight. Ask your coach if you aren’t sure how much you are supposed to be having.) in will help you to get enough to eat.

Nausea.

This might be detox; feeling icky in the tummy is a common sign of the rebooting process. Your sour stomach might also be from too many supplements at once. Make sure you take just one Xyng and one Accelerate. You can also try eating little bit of protein with your pills or taking Axion at bedtime instead of in the morning. But again, if your nausea is just the first few days of your Jumpstart, it could be detox. Hang in there!

Bloating.

This is normal on the Jumpstart. It will subside. Check out this information on bloating and also see the constipation category to follow.

Can’t poop.

Hey, constipation can happen. And if it ain’t coming out, it ain’t coming off. Thankfully, we can troubleshoot this without using any tools. Try Smooth Move Tea (at the grocery store), extra veggies and more Xypstix. Some people find extra Cheat helps.

Headache.

The most common cause of headache is detox. If you drank caffeine before your Jumpstart and aren’t now, you are likely having withdrawals. Sugar and carb detox often leads to headache. Make sure you are only taking 1 Xyng and 1 Shine as well; too much of either of those can lead to headaches. Xypstix and Spryng will alleviate your pounding head. Make sure you get all our water in each day!

Reaction. 

Are you having a strange side effect or feel as if you’re reacting to something? Figuring that out is easy! Just stop taking all the products. Then, add them back in daily, one by one. As soon as you react again, that’s the product you want to cut out!
